About the survey

Another day, another new role at work. As our professional lives are undergoing massive changes, we wanted to have a closer look.

Are job roles fusing together transforming all of us to “Hybrid Humans” expected to tap fluidly in and out of different tasks and projects across the organisation? Does shifting job roles create a need for more specialisation – or are we moving towards a paradox of specialised generalists?

Among the changes brought on by digitalisation, we see blurred lines between job roles, an increased demand for entrepreneurial skills across positions and an agile attitude to a continuous influx of new technologies and processes.

Whether we are digital natives or not, we need resilience and the right type of training to thrive and succeed in an ever-changing digital landscape.
